The main purpose of our forums is to create a searchable archive of previous questions and answers about using our software.
If you have questions or difficulties using our software, you can post to the appropriate forum, or just contact us directly. Either way, your query will enter our customer support system to be handled by our support staff.
Posting to the forums may be a better choice when you'd like other users to also weigh in and discuss something.
