NOTE: This website is obsolete. Nakahara Informatics, Inc. is no longer operational. This website has been preserved for historical interest, essentially as it appeared at the time of the last update (October 22, 2008), and the software available on this website may be used for free. iGet Mobile 2.0 Testing

Thank you for your interest in iGet Mobile!

Newer versions of iGet Mobile can now alert you to new test releases (see sidebar). Therefore, we no longer post them here.

However, you can still check them on the web if you like. To see the canonical list of pre-release versions available for testing, please check out the iGet Mobile Test Releases appcast.

Note that not every web browser can display an RSS appcast. However, you can always use Safari, or your preferred RSS newsreader software.

Test Program Improvements

With iGet Mobile 2.0, we have begun to transition the testing program to be more integrated into the application itself.

It is no longer necessary to receive email or visit web pages to get information about new test releases. Instead, the iGet Mobile application itself can now present all the details about test releases, and let you try them out.

To take advantage of this feature, in the Update pane of iGet Mobile's preferences window, make sure that "Check for pre-release test versions in addition to final releases" is selected, and that you have elected to check for updates. You will then be alerted every time a new test release becomes available.

Any time that you don't feel like testing out a new pre-release, you can simply click the Skip Version button to ignore that specific release.
